Pourfolio

Wine tasting sessions generate a lot of data that disappears the moment the glass is empty. An educator pours, students taste, notes get scribbled and forgotten. Pourfolio turns that moment into a shared, real-time experience. Educators create a session, students join and log what they're perceiving, and the results surface together so the room can calibrate against each other.

The product is live. It has no users yet because I haven't pursued marketing or educator outreach. That's a deliberate choice at this stage. Pourfolio, Terroirs, and Lineage Lab are each solving a different layer of the same problem: how wine education is delivered, navigated, and tested. The long term intention is to bring these tools together into a single educator portal. Right now each one is its own experiment, and getting the product logic right matters more than acquisition.
